To book a room you need to call and say that you are booking under our Block Name, check each event details for each event's Block Name. Bookings for our block of rooms will end 2 weeks prior to each event, so book now or miss out on all the fun!

Our room rates differ from one event to the next, you can check each event details for rates or call the Best Western and check under our Block Name. You may be able to find a better rate online and you are free to make that booking but it will not be on one of the Nightshade floors.
Booking with our Block is ideal as your room will be surround by other people attending the party. It will thus be easier to connect with others and you will receive fewer noise complaints than if you were to book a room elsewhere in the hotel. Complaints against you, noise or otherwise, may lead to you being banned from future events as Nightshade wants to keep in good standing with the hotel.
Nightshade makes no commissions and profits in no way from room rentals.
There are only 25 rooms available to be booked in our block of the hotel, 2 floors worth:
• 16 x Two queen beds
• 6 x One queen bed
• 1 x Accessible one queen bed
• 2 x One king bed
Room rates are per night plus applicable taxes (3% Halifax Marketing Levy and 15% HST) and includes complimentary breakfast. Room rentals are for 1 or 2 adults in a standard room. 3rd and 4th adult occupants’ rate is an additional $20.00* per guest, per night plus applicable taxes. Maximum of four guests per room.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am. *Please note, early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated for a fee but is never guaranteed. Please check with our front desk team for availability at 902-477-5611 ext 0

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before 4pm on the day of arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay including applicable taxes.
Each guest is responsible for payment of room and tax for their own guestroom reservations, including all incidentals.
• A valid credit card will be required from each individual at the time reservation is taken.
• A valid credit card with matching ID will be required from each guest at check in before any room keys will be issued.
